How do you punish an immortal? By making him human. After angering his father Zeus, the god Apollo is cast down from Olympus. Weak and disoriented, he lands in New York City as a regular teenage boy. Now, without his godly powers, the four-thousand-year-old deity must learn to survive in the modern world until he can somehow find a way to regain Zeus's favor. But Apollo has many enemies—gods, monsters, and mortals who would love to see the former Olympian permanently destroyed. Apollo needs help, and he can think of only one place to go . . . an enclave of modern demigods known as Camp Half-Blood.

As someone who loves Greek mythology this was a good book you may need to read the Percy Jackson series.

Soooooo Palikari!! It’s ok for ten year olds to know about stuff like love between a man and a woman but not between a woman and a woman or a man and a man? Not trying to sound rude but it’s true. That’s the age that children need to learn about this stuff. Love is love, regardless of gender. Also “delves too much in to homosexuality?” I believe that there is one homosexual couple. If that is to much homosexuality, than how much is ok? None? We do exist, and if you send your children into the world not knowing about homosexuality, they will be very confused, upset, and they will want to know why no one told them about homosexuality. Also solango is SO FREAKING CUTE ARRRGGGG. One more thing, I love how Percy was just like “Nope, I can’t deal with this today. Fix your own problems.”
