This book will introduce you to every aspect of Wicca, whether you're interested in the rituals, candles, crystals - all of it. It's a fantastic introduction to this world, and will be the kind of book you keep on hand forever to continuously come back to.

    If there is anyone whose information I trust with regard to Wicca and the Craft, Scott Cunningham is very much at the top of that list. He is extremely knowledgeable without being pompous/arrogant about it. This book is easy to understand and provides both "beginners" as well as those more deeply into their studies with a great deal of information that all practitioners should know. Not only do I recommend this book but I would also suggest getting any or all of his other works, as well as pretty much anything published by Llewelyn.
