Filson Young (1876–1938) was a writer and journalist. He is notable for publishing this, the first book about the sinking of the RMS Titanic, published only a mere 37 days after the sinking.
Titanic was designed by experienced engineers, using some of the most advanced technologies and extensive safety features of the time.
