Doc fixes the volume button, but Louie is so used to using his loud voice, he can't seem to make it quieter! So Doc and the other toys find a way to cure his Superlouditis. Kids can follow along with the word-for-word narration to learn the difference between using "indoor" voices and "outdoor" voices.
